Navigating tabs by index in FF broken when Vimium is active.

Vimium and Browser and OS Info

Firefox 105.0

Current Behavior

When on a tab where Vimium is active in the Firefox Browser, the alt + # navigation shortcut does not seem to be working (referring to navigating tabs by index eg. alt+1 takes you to the first tab). When pressed, the native Firefox shortcut does not work.

Desired Behavior

All Firefox native browser shortcuts function as intended. Alt + 1 will take me to the first tab, alt + 2 will take me to the second tab, etc.

If there are any logs that I can get to assist you in squashing this bug (if it is a bug), please help me to learn how to get them.

Reproduce the issue in Firefox 105 on Linux with Vimium 1.67.1 active, using Alt+1 and other Alt+# shortcuts. Then locate the keyboard shortcut handling entry point and verify that Firefox's native tab-index navigation works while Vimium is active; done means the native shortcuts function as intended.
