[Feature Request] ^ should allow cycling through tabs in "most recently used" order

Description
Currently ^ lets us jump to the "previously-visited tab". This can be extended to cycle through all the tabs in the "most recently used" order. Firefox supports this by default with it's Ctrl + Tab shortcut. But this is not possible in Chrome natively.
