Description

Hello, sorry, I'm having huge issues mapping another key to function as enter. I apologize, I feel like I'm using this forum incorrectly. I'm not tech savvy, even reading github is difficult for me, I couldn't find the solution I was looking for

I want to remap ~ as enter, so that when I have linkhints active, I don't have to reach to the right of the keyboard to hint enter. This occurs when there are multiple links active because they share a part of the same designation, and I want to select the focused (?) one, but I don't want to have to move my hand to the right of the keyboard. The entirety of my setup is all left-handed, so I can write with my right hand. Everything is in place except this.

Apologies for my ignorance, thanks for any help. I looked on and off for weeks and couldn't figure it out myself

Research direction

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. First clarify how the requested key should behave during link hints and whether it is intended as an alternate Enter binding; done means the mapping works for the described link-selection case.
