Description
Would it be possible to auto-load user settings from something like a ~/.vimiumrc file in the user's home directory? Whenever I move to a new system I'd like vimium to "just work" without having to manually load the backup file.
This would also provide the benefit of being able to automatically update vimium settings across all of a user's browsers across different machines if ~/.vimiumrc were placed under version control.

Research direction
Start by locating the existing backup-file loading flow and the settings initialization path; the issue names no files or tests. Check whether a browser extension can access ~/.vimiumrc across supported browsers and machines, then define completion around automatic settings restoration without manual loading.
