Description

Right now in tabs mode tabs are sorted by their recency as per https://github.com/philc/vimium/pull/1231.

My use case is that when I'm using FF in fullscreen mode I launch omnibar in tab mode (T) to look at the list of open tabs, to figure out what is open and which way should I cycle through them. So it is not used to 'search-and-open' some tab but just to look at the list.

Research direction

Start by tracing the tabs-mode omnibar sorting and the recency behavior introduced by the pull request linked in the issue. Implement an option for natural tab ordering while preserving the current recency-based behavior when the option is not selected.
