Feature request: Modify copied link afterwards or open modifed link in a new tab

Description
It would be nice, if a link or multiple links could be edited after they have been copied.
For example:
Copy the following link:
https://www.torproject.org/dist/torbrowser/10.5.4/tor-browser-linux64-10.5.4_en-US.tar.xz
Modify the link (and open it in a new tab):
https://www.torproject.org/dist/torbrowser/10.5.4
There might also be the need to cut down the link even further like so:
https://www.torproject.org/dist/torbrowser
So a simple rule to cut from the last slash character to the end might not be enough.
