Description

Describe the bug
I mapped <c-.> to moveTabRight, but it's not working.

To Reproduce
here is my code:

map <c-,> moveTabLeft count=99
map <c-.> moveTabRight count=99

<c-,> works like a charm, but <c-.> failed.

Browser and Vimium version
Chrome Vimium Version: 1.66

Research direction

Reproduce the mapping in Chrome using Vimium 1.66 and compare the working moveTabLeft binding with the failing moveTabRight binding. Start from the custom key mapping handling for <c-.> and moveTabRight; done means the supplied mapping moves to the tab on the right while the existing <c-,> mapping continues to work.
