Description
According to the wiki, typing 2gi should set the focus to the second text input on the page. Hitting Esc than gi again will set the focus on the second text input of the page again.
Is it an expected behaviour? A bug?
How to escape the focusinput prefix count so that when I type gi again the focus is set on the first text input of the page?

Research direction
Reproduce the reported sequence: type 2gi, press Esc, then type gi, and compare it with the expected first-input focus. Trace the focusinput prefix-count handling and determine whether Esc should clear that count. Done means the behavior is clarified or corrected so that gi focuses the first text input after Esc.
