Research direction

Reproduce the scrolling behavior in Chrome with Vimium enabled, then trace the key-handling and scrolling entry points for the d, u, j, and k mappings. Compare how held keys are processed and add or update a focused test if the relevant test area is found; done means d and u scroll faster than j and k while preserving existing behavior.
