Vivaldi: Using 'x' to close a fullscreen tab leaves Vivaldi in a non-recoverable fullscreen state

Description
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Open a Vivaldi window with at least two tabs
- Open e.g. a YouTube video in fullscreen in one of the tabs
- Press 'x' to close the fullscreen tab
- Vivaldi is now in a fullscreen state that can't be exited by using F11, ESC, or any other key combination
- When closing and reopening the window, the address and tab bar are hidden and have to be manually made visible again.
Closing a fullscreen tab "normally" with CTRL+W works as expected.
Vivaldi version: 3.1.1929.45
Vimium version: 1.66
This might be a Vivaldi issue for all I know, no idea if this can be fixed on the Vimium side. Just putting it out there in hopes that a fix can be found.
