Describe the bug
Link mode does not add a tag to the 'Add a public comment...' field

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open any YouTube video
  2. Scroll down to the comment section
  3. Press the 'f' key on the keyboard
  4. Notice the missing label for writing a comment
