Description

When you open a new tab, it opens to the right of the current tab. When you close the new tab, one should expect to revert back to the old tab but instead, it goes to one tab right of the original tab it was opened from. Not a bug per se but the default behavior I suggested is more natural for most workflows and very easy to fix.

Research direction

Start by tracing Vimium's tab-close handling and the default tab-selection behavior; the issue does not name a file or test. Confirm how a newly opened tab is related to its original tab, then verify that closing it returns to the original tab rather than the tab to its right.
