Description

Currently vimium only can set link hint mode to either EasyMotion-like or text-based mode via Option "Use the link's name and characters for link-hint filtering".
It would be nice if it could bind a new keybinding like <'> for jump to link by text (Firefox has that feature built-in and has the exact key <'> for that function)

Research direction

Start by reading Vimium's handling of the "Use the link's name and characters for link-hint filtering" option and the existing link-hint keybindings. Trace how hint mode is selected and how keyboard input filters links; done means a new '<' binding can jump to links by text while the existing mode remains available and both behaviors work without conflict.
