Description
Some sites, e.g. keep.google.com use ctrl+[ to unindent. With vimium enabled, and [ in the excluded keys list, I still cannot unindent. Only when I completely disable vimium for the page (which I don't want to do), the keystroke works.

Research direction
Reproduce the Ctrl+[ behavior on keep.google.com with [ listed in Vimium's excluded keys while Vimium remains enabled. Trace the keyboard handling and excluded-key path, then verify that Ctrl+[ reaches the site and unindents without disabling Vimium for the page.
