Description

Following the issue with navigation in caret/visual mode I was trying to find out the underlying issue. I thought maybe the problem was with firefox's caret mode so I tried the firefox caret mode which of course works with arrow keys instead of hjkl and I realized that firefox's caret mode was working fine. then I entered caret mode with vimium and tried to mode around using the arrow keys but I realized that weird things happen. actually in some instances very weird things happened for example scroll bar was jumping to the bottom and basically very weird things happened with using the page down/up keys. but the main issue is that arrow keys take us out of the Visual mode.

Research direction

No file or test is named. Start by reproducing Vimium's caret/Visual mode behavior with arrow, Page Up, and Page Down keys, then compare it with Firefox's caret mode. Done means arrow keys no longer exit Visual mode and scrolling does not jump unexpectedly.
