Research direction
Start with the linked Disabling Vimium wiki page and review how Vimium currently represents and handles shortcuts such as C-y and M-p. Determine the expected configuration and conflict behavior before changing anything; done means those complex shortcuts can be excluded without disabling unrelated shortcuts, with coverage for the behavior.
