Character '/' in exclusion keys has strange behaviour

Description
I did this for the youtube search shortcut.
If i go ahead and enter '/' in exclusion keys from the extension shortcut icon, the '/' is repeated
all the while I have focus on it.
This works fine from the options page of vimium though
