Description
One feature I would really love to see is if I could list out all the marks I have created on my local page and also globally. I would love to see this feature.
I personally spent some time trying to figure out the code and realized the vomnibar is catered towards listing out bookmarks and recently viewed pages.
I would like to know if this feature is possible and if so where do I start. I would like give a PR for this but would need some pointers to get started.

Research direction
Start with the vomnibar entry point and trace how it lists bookmarks and recently viewed pages. Determine how locally and globally created marks should be discovered and presented, then define the expected behavior and coverage for a pop-up that lists both sets of marks.
