Description

Ctrl + l no longer goes to address bar.
It lets me scrolldown the page.
Unmapping with "Unmap " does not work.

Research direction

Start by reproducing Ctrl+l with a non-standard layout such as neo2 and compare the behavior in version 1.55. Investigate the keyboard handling and unmapping path, then verify that Ctrl+l reaches the address bar and that "Unmap " works without scrolling the page.
