Description
While testing https://github.com/phetsims/QA/issues/274, I saw that on iPads, even when clipping was off, it was on when taking a screenshot through the phet menu. The second image is the sim, the first is the screenshot. Cross referencing https://github.com/phetsims/scenery/issues/937 and https://github.com/phetsims/wave-interference/issues/331. Likely low priority.

Research direction
Reproduce the issue on an iPad by turning clipping off and taking a screenshot through the PhET menu, comparing the screenshot with the sim. Read the related QA #274, scenery #937, and wave-interference #331 issues for context; done means screenshots no longer show clipping when clipping is disabled.
