Description

In Slack#a11y-dev, I asked:

From scenery/doc/ (the homepage for Scenery documentation) there is currently no way to navigate to any of the sections in scenery/doc/accessibility/, or even know that they exist. Should those sections (“Accessibility with Scenery” and “Voicing with Scenery”) be discoverable and navigable from the Scenery documentation? Is that important for SceneryStack/POSE?

@jessegreenberg said:

Ya, we should make it more discoverable and I think that is important for POSE.

It can be found here, but this isn't the most intuitive spot: https://phetsims.github.io/scenery/doc/#accessibility

In general, more structure for https://phetsims.github.io/scenery/doc/ would be helpful.
