Description
Add an option to generate a short representation of the method body if it's under some configurable length (e.g. 80 characters)
For example, return this markdown snippet from the language server
```php
public function isOdd(int $x): bool {
return $x % 2 != 0;
}
\```
Returns true if $x is odd
