Research direction

Start by tracing the --automatic-fix entry point and the code that parses the AST before saving. Check how fixed issue instances and stderr warnings are currently handled. Done means detecting when a valid AST becomes invalid and emitting a warning to stderr that identifies the affected fixed instances.
