Description
This would compare the current settings against the settings that --init --init-level=N would generate, and print any settings that could be made more strict
- Leave out settings that aren't related to strictness
- Add a way to skip warning about certain settings or plugins (e.g.
stricter_settings_blacklist: SettingName|Plugin => reason) - Also suggest plugins
