建议给postgresql--timescaledb和postgresql--timescaledb-tsl在包管理器里的dpkg依赖树加上互斥/替换/提供，他们是同一个包timescaledb的不同许可证版本，不应同时安装，文件完全冲突，rpm包同理
以及https://repo.pigsty.cc/apt/pgdg这个源很久没有和上游同步了，上游的postgresql-18版本是18.3,这个源还停留在18.1上
