Description
Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to enable/disable the automatic execution of commands on AI Chat. Currently, AFAIK, when the user asks "tell me the last 10 invoices", the chat mount AND execute the query. It's highly insecure if user says "delete last 10 invoices". In the "Disabled mode" the AI Chat never executes a command, just propose one.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Start the prompt with "Do not execute the command, only show SQL for: ..."
Additional context
Using version 9.14 with vllm and Qwen 3.5 model.

Research direction
Start by tracing the AI Chat command flow that currently mounts and executes SQL, then identify where a disabled or proposal-only mode would be represented. Verify that read and destructive requests both produce a proposal without execution, and confirm the behavior against the described invoice-query examples and the vLLM/Qwen setup.
