Description
When I open pgAdmin 4, all I see is a blank window. No menus, no buttons... nothing at all:
I tried removing pgAdmin's configuration files, just in case it was sometging I changed, but it doesn't help. It just takes more time to load. I also tried reinstalling it from scratch, with the same result.
I enabled some extra logs following this: https://www.pgadmin.org/faq/#8
My computer is running a Debian 13 Linux distribution, but I'm installing pgAdmin 4 from https://ftp.postgresql.org/pub/pgadmin/pgadmin4/apt/trixie. The problems started when I migrated from Debian 12 to 13.
Closing the window doesn't work, I have to manually kill all the processes. If I start it from the command line, I have to press Ctrl + C twice in order to close it.

Research direction
Start with the attached pgadmin4.log and the extra-logging instructions in the linked FAQ, then compare the Debian 13 installation path with the reported Debian 12 behavior. Done means identifying the cause of the blank window and unresponsive shutdown, then verifying that pgAdmin opens and closes normally on the affected setup.
