French translation updates

Description
It seems like the French translation has not been updated in a while, because I see some French words and some English words when I activate French as user language.
Would you be open to a PR that updates the French translation?
Is there a weblate server?
Or should we just use the po file? https://github.com/pgadmin-org/pgadmin4/blob/master/web/pgadmin/translations/fr/LC_MESSAGES/messages.po
@Nicolas-Letellier because he is listed as Last-Translator
I also see Language-Team: français <pgadmin-hackers@postgresql.org> in that file, so would it be better to communicate on email rather than on issues?
