Research direction

Start by locating the pg_restore command handling and its existing option definitions in the pgAdmin4 codebase. Check how current pg_restore options are represented and covered by tests, then add coverage for the listed policy, data/schema/statistics, database-exclusion, and globals-only options. Done means each option is available with the expected short or long form and the relevant tests pass.
