Description
I use the Search Objects feature constantly and almost exclusively to search functions. Each time I open the Search Objects dialog I have to enter what I am searching for (all good) plus select the Object Type by scrolling down the list until I find the Function filter option.
It would be exceedingly useful if we could define a default option in settings and have that as the starting point for the object type dropdown (as opposed to the current All Types default).

Research direction
Start at the Search Objects dialog and its Object Type dropdown, then trace how settings are loaded and persisted. Done means a configurable default selects the chosen object type when the dialog opens while retaining All Types as the existing fallback.
