Take ownership of pgAdmin package on Chocolatey

There is the pgAdmin package on Chocolatey which is great. However, it lacks support, e. g. updates to the latest version take very long (see the discussions).

Therefore, it would be even better if the Chocolatey package could be maintained and provided within the core pgAdmin repo (i. e. here).

Describe alternatives you've considered

I've considered asking the current maintainer if I can simply assist him/her with maintaining. However, I think the ideal solution would be to publish the pgAdmin package on Chocolatey under an "official" pgAdmin account, maintain the necessary Chocolatey scripts in this repository, and allow the community to contribute updated Chocolatey scripts as soon as a new pgAdmin version gets deployed instead of doing that in a non-official manner.
