Description

Parent: #3

Cloudflare announced a new unified cf CLI (technical preview, pnpm dlx cf / pnpm add -g cf). Today it only supports a small subset of products and has no Registrar commands documented, so the transfer almost certainly has to go through the dashboard.

Action:

  • Try pnpm dlx cf --help and look for registrar / domain commands.
  • If supported, prefer using the CLI over the dashboard for initiating the transfer.
  • Otherwise, just note that this is dashboard-only for now and close.

Research direction

Run pnpm dlx cf --help and inspect the available commands for registrar or domain. If transfer support exists, document that the CLI should be preferred; otherwise record that the transfer remains dashboard-only and close the issue.
