Karousel version: 0.17
Plasma version: 6.6.5
X11 / Wayland: Wayland
Description:
If I un-tile a window (be it Dolphin, the settings app, VSCode, etc...), if said window changes (changing directory in Dolphin, changing menu in settings, typing anything in VSCode), the window re-tiles automatically.

Research direction
Reproduce the issue on Wayland with Dolphin, the settings app, or VSCode by un-tiling a window and changing its contents. Trace the window state-change handling in Karousel; done means an explicitly un-tiled window stays un-tiled when its directory, menu, or text changes.
