Description
Karousel version: 0.15
Plasma version: 6.6-beta
X11 / Wayland: Wayland
Description:
If the focused window is maximized or fullscreen, then both the scrolling gestures and hotkeys has no visible effect.
We might need to restoreToTiled before initializing scrolling. However, since the window stays focused during scrolling, it's unclear when to reMaximize.

Research direction
Reproduce the issue on Wayland with a focused maximized or fullscreen window, then trace the scrolling gesture and hotkey handling around restoreToTiled and reMaximize. Done means scrolling has a visible effect in both window states without leaving the window incorrectly tiled or maximized.
