Description
I get the titled error when I try browser test. The following is my tests/Unit/BrowserTest.php:
<?php
it('home', function () {
$page = visit('/');
$page->assertSee('Welcome');
});
Anyone know how to resolve this?

Research direction
Start with tests/Unit/BrowserTest.php and run the browser test to reproduce the “Target class [config] does not exist.” error. Trace the failing setup from that test and document the project change needed so the test can visit / and pass its Welcome assertion.
