The Local Services page lists all the interfaces it finds. However, these ports or interfaces may or may not actually be available.
It would be useful to be able to exclude certain interfaces from this listing.
This could also tie in with the public vs private node functionality for the LS. The filtered list of interfaces could be used on the local services page, and also to determine which interfaces get registered to the global LS.
