Description
Once pscheduler supports this:
https://github.com/perfsonar/pscheduler/issues/305
It would be go to provide an indication on how busy the host is in the GUI.
Also, we need a way to indicate when a test fails because there is no slot available.

Research direction
Start by reading the linked pscheduler issue 305, then trace the GUI flow for adding a remote test point to a test mesh. Define how the GUI should show host busyness and how it should identify a test failure caused by no available slot; the work is done when both cases are represented clearly.
