Create a document (possibly out of existing documents) that describes
commonly seen owamp problems, the theory behind why these problems can
happen with detailed explanations, and the possible solutions. Some things
to hit:

  1. Firewalls (host)
  2. Firewalls (network)
  3. NTP (no sync, poor sync)
  4. Disk Space
  5. ?
