Description
This is currently pretty vague, but is an issue to track the fact we need to actually do something with the data we put into elasticsearch. We could do one or more of the following:
- document how to build a dashboard
- Share example files
- Extend psconfig to generate the configuration (this would be a separate issue if we decide to go this route).

Research direction
