Description
As mentioned in https://github.com/perfsonar/pscheduler/issues/565 it would be good to document the difference between single and double participants tests in the pScheduler Test and Tool reference page (or other more suitable place). It would then also be interesting to list the capabilities of each test as we are planning to have some test types support both 1 and 2 participants (see https://github.com/perfsonar/pscheduler/issues/570 and https://github.com/perfsonar/pscheduler/issues/456 for examples).
