Description
at some point we may wish to update the WOF resources since the previous data was probably pretty old
node generate.js /data/wof/whosonfirst-data-admin-latest.db

Research direction
Start with generate.js and the referenced /data/wof/whosonfirst-data-admin-latest.db, then run the documented generation command to understand which WOF resources it updates. Done means the parser’s WOF dictionaries have been regenerated from the newer resource data.
