Description
Expected Behavior
It'd be nice to see things like the scan LiveTable and other user prints in the logfile (without duplicating logger.info, etc.)
Current Behavior
Scan tables and misc prints aren't shown in the logfile
Possible Solution
- Some screwy interception of the stdout?
- A LiveTable that sends its output to the input/output logger?
Context
- Could help debug some situations

Research direction
Start by tracing how stdout, the Scan LiveTable, and other user prints are produced and how the input/output logger writes the logfile. Done means a representative subset of those outputs appears in the logfile without requiring duplicate logger.info calls; the issue names no files or tests, so locating the relevant logging entry points is part of the work.
