Description
Currently, it is confusing to know which load-watcher version is compatible with which kube-scheduler/scheduler-plugins version. We should have a table to declare the release compatibility.

Research direction
Start in README and review the existing release and compatibility documentation for load-watcher, kube-scheduler, and scheduler-plugins. Identify the versions that need to be compared, then add a compatibility table to README; the work is done when readers can determine which releases work together.
