Entire examples/tailwind-shadcn-ui is non-functional.

Describe the Bug

Been trying to address the issues and even pulling in copilot / Gemini CLI as this is my first time seeing payloads repo overall and no luck.. Peer dependencies outdated. Which then rolls into ServerFunctionProvides not being met. BuildConfig issues and more. Not worth the trouble when all I wanted to do was explore the setup on behalf of a client project..

Reproduction Steps

Install a fresh version and then try to run dev / access the admin area.

Unchanged repo. Fresh install and all issues unfolded from the start.
