Description
Noted in release highlights - references to specific demos don't open directly to the linked demos but often somewhere else on the page requiring user to do some scrolling to find the referenced demo.
when that same URL is refreshed, the page loads to the correct location.
Possibly a browser issue and not a framework issue?
Jira Issue: PF-2811

Research direction
Start by reproducing a direct URL to a specific demo from the release highlights, then compare its initial load with a refreshed load in a browser. Trace the page behavior responsible for scrolling and confirm that direct links consistently land on the referenced demo without requiring a refresh or manual scrolling.
