Description
Now that we have a 'clickable' label variant, it should be explicitly called out that tooltips being placed on labels should use the clickable variant. This way, the tooltip can be triggered via keyboard and receive browser focus.
This is a common design pattern, so updating the relevant tooltip AND label design guidelines AND a11y docs is probably wise.
