Move static /docs from pf/ai-helpers

Scope
Relocate the static, agent-ready Markdown corpus under patternfly/ai-helpers docs/ to an agreed long-term home (likely patternfly-org / Docs API content), and review/update that content for accuracy against current PatternFly v6 practices before or as part of the move. ai-helpers should remain focused on plugins/skills/marketplace.

Approach

1. Inventory docs/ and current MCP docs.json pins.
2. Review each doc (or prioritized set) for staleness—wrong imports, obsolete class prefixes, removed APIs, guidance that conflicts with current react-core / org docs / schemas.
3. Fix or rewrite inaccurate sections; drop or archive obsolete pages.
4. Agree destination/ownership; move updated content and wire into Docs API config if that’s the target.
5. Update MCP catalog + ai-helpers pointers; verify agents can still discover and fetch the guidance.
