Description
Acceptance criteria:
Follow-up to PR #1
- Configure automated props.json sync using official doc-core CLI and a tool such as Renovate or Dependabot (will need further investigation on what tool is best for our particular use case).
- Enable automated NPM publishing and changelog generation.
- Auto-sync with quarterly stable PatternFly releases.

Research direction
Start by reviewing PR #1 and the repository's props.json workflow. Investigate the official doc-core CLI and compare Renovate or Dependabot for automated synchronization, then determine how GitHub Actions can publish to NPM, generate changelogs, and follow quarterly stable PatternFly releases. Done means all three acceptance criteria are automated.
