Description
Once circular buttons become part of the core PF styles, we should replace the existing custom styling in chatbot and instead use any props PF core/react may supply. See https://github.com/patternfly/patternfly-react/issues/12081 and https://github.com/patternfly/patternfly/issues/7913
Jira Issue: PF-2865

Research direction
Locate the chatbot's existing custom styles for circular buttons, then review the referenced PatternFly core and patternfly-react issues for the available styling props. Done means the chatbot uses core PF styling for circular buttons and no longer relies on its custom styles; verify the affected UI after the change.
