Description

Hi, I was wondering if Diffrax supported adding a norm constraint at the boundary:
$$|y(1)| = \text{constant}$$
for the neural ODE:
$$\frac{dy}{dt} = f(t, y), \ y(0) = x$$

Any thoughts on how I would implement this?

Research direction

The issue does not identify a file, test, or entry point. First clarify whether constrained terminal values should be supported by Diffrax and define the expected API and behavior for the norm constraint; completion criteria are not specified.
